Description: Four white flowers on four up to 4.0-cm inflorescences; plant 22.0 cm x 9.0 cm, mounted on a branch; sepals lanceolate, lateral sepals twisted 180 degrees at proximal third; lip pandurate, callus basal third on central vein, throat green; column green, anther cap rusty-brown; substance medium; texture crystalline; recognized as an unusual species not often seen.
