Description: One flower on a 22-cm upright inflorescence; dorsal sepal ovate, undulate, hirsute, chartreuse, stippled mahogany, spotted mahogany proximally; synsepal ruffled margins, reflexed, spotted mahogany centrally; petals spatulate, undulate, proximal half reflexed, chartreuse spotted mahogany medially, dark lavender distally; pouch elliptical, chartreuse, margins rounded inward, lightly overlaid, stippled mahogany; staminode chartreuse, heavily spotted mahogany centrally, umbo chartreuse; substance firm; texture glossy.
