 Description: Six well-presented flowers on one 24-cm inflorescence; dorsal sepal rolled proximally, light coerulea; lateral sepals light coerulea; petals ruffled, gently recurved at tips, pronounced midrib, coerulea; lip ruffled, notched center of midlobe edge, closed over column, white, throat yellow overlaid coerulea, yellow veins, yellow eyes, midlobe unevenly overlaid coerulea, white veins near throat, light coerulea picotee; substance medium; texture crystalline.
